The First Three Months Reviewed in Just One Minute

These two time-lapse videos show the first three months build progress on the Ballynoe House Holiday Lets, based on almost-daily photographs. The photos are taken at opposite corners, with the development viewed from the NE (from the side of the Lower Meadow) & SW (from the front of Ballynoe House).

At the beginning of September, the Barn House (left) building has been completed; the roof slated and the windows in. The internal layout, electrics and plumbing have been done and wall slabbing, ahead of internal and external plastering, is ongoing.

Video Two (SW Aspect)

At the beginning of September, the mews houses building (left) has its main structure in place; the roof is being slated and the windows are due to be installed. The internal layout has been fixed (stud work) and the “first fixing” exercise for plumbing and electrics has been completed. Work on the mews is about one month behind the Barn House on the construction timeline.
